Sara is a master electrician in the trade and industry with a wealth of experience, having connected over 70 MW of PV systems to the grid over the past 10 years. Before joining smalt, Sara had already been working in the renewable energy business for years, serving both commercial and private customers.

Fabian is Managing Director and Director of Operations at smalt Installations. In this role, he oversees all installation services and creates scalable digital processes. Before joining smalt, Fabian worked in the climate sector at Zolar, where he managed installation teams and partner management. He began his career at Instafreight and Foodora.

Constantin heads up partnerships at smalt. Before that, he started Fixkraft, a social startup that connects immigrants and refugees with jobs in Germany. He also has a ton of political experience and worked as a senior staffer in the German Bundestag. He grew up in Germany, London, and Boston, and has an M.Sc. from ESADE.

Flo has many years of experience in energy and building technology, as well as over 5 years in the PV and renewable energy sector. Under his leadership, over 15,000 PV and storage projects have been completed. He has managed over 50 electricians and worked for many years in leading positions as a construction manager.

Armin is one of our most experienced DC-Team-Leads. A certified roofer by training, Armin brings decades of experience in building complex roofs and PV-systems.

Erik has been with smalt for 2 years. As an experienced roofer, Erik has managed both residential as well as commercial projects with excellence.

Tobias is one of our master electricians and technical managers at smalt. Born and raised near Berlin, he is passionate about training the next generation of climate heroes. Before joining smalt, Tobias was a trainer for PLC programming and technical operations manager at a home installation company.

Mohamad is Head of Technical Planning with a degree in mechanical engineering and PMI-CAPM certification. With over three years of experience in the solar industry, he started at Smalt as a Solar Operations Specialist, then became Team Lead, and now heads up technical planning and procurement for residential and commercial projects. His combination of practical experience and structured project management ensures efficient, high-quality solar system installations.

Sukhi has been with smalt for 3 years. He started his career as a trainee in our academy - with exceptional talent, diligence and hard work, he has grown to a team-lead.

Arne is responsible for all things grid-connections and communications. He makes sure that all applications to local grid operators are filed on time and assures that all regulatory filings are in place.
